The Chinese American Citizens Alliance, Portland Lodge assumed stewardship of AAYLC in 2010. Under the direction of C.A.C.A. Portland, AAYLC carries forward Mr. Duong’s legacy, fostering a spirit of service, unity, and empowerment among future generations of leaders. 

This conference is an in-person event on Friday, April 24, 2026, 8 am to 3 pm at Portland Community College Cascade Campus and is open to all high school students.
