Return of the Dragon: Revitalizing Portland’s Old Town Heritage

Old Town will be alive with Return of the Dragon: Revitalizing Portland's Old Town Heritage. Led by Oregon Chinese Coalition, Oregon Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, and Old Town Community Association, with sponsorship from Travel Oregon. C.A.C.A. Portland is assisting with providing volunteers for various roles.

The festival invites all those who share the heritage of Old Town to join in and participate in celebrating Asian Heritage Month.
